All responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of data lies with the individual stations.

3. No Liability for Station Data

The Company is not responsible for:

• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in station data.
• Price fluctuations or changes in availability.
• Customer dissatisfaction arising from purchases, services, or interactions with fuel stations.

Fuel stations are solely responsible for updating their fuel prices and ensuring the correctness of information. Users acknowledge that reliance on the data is at their own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating or managing your account.
• Not manipulate, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
